With our homes reaching the 15-year mark, the exteriors have been well-attended to with siding as well as roof replacements. However, many interior household items are reaching the end of useful life. Every month or so, we see appliances, plumbing, and bed frames discarded in the dumpster area – likely due to normal wear and tear. While these replacements are to be expected, we recently encountered a water heater malfunction that caused water damage inside our home.
